Thank you for supporting Megg Jacobs. All merchandise is made to order through a print-on-demand process. This allows us to reduce waste and create limited designs without overproduction.

Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All items are printed and prepared after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • During high-volume periods (new releases, holidays, sales), processing may take longer.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location:

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery marked as “Delivered” but not received

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meggjacobsvox@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement item.

Multiple Shipments

Because items are made to order and may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
