Thank you for supporting Megg Jacobs. All merchandise is made in limited runs and/or printed on demand, which allows us to create unique pieces without overproduction.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or shipping delays.

Please carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meggjacobsvox@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement for the same item. We do not offer refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
